To help your customers identify the arch they need:

Ask the Customer to stand on a Sidas Feet Revelator IQ or similar device to make an impression of the foot
Match the foot print with the pictures below, this will give your customer their foot type. If you feel like they're between two arch types then opt for the higher arch.
