Can you wash Sidas Insoles

- Wash with soap and a brush. DO NOT machine wash.
- Do not dry on a radiator or tumble dryer. Allow to air dry or for better, quicker drying use our shoe dryers.
Will Sidas Insoles help with Plantar Fasciitis?
Our insoles are designed to help ease the symptoms of common foot and lower limb conditions such as: Plantar Fasciitis, Fatigue, Achilles tendonitis, Pronation/supination instabilities and Back and knee pain.
A well cushioned insole such as 3Feet original or 3Feet Activ' will help with these symptoms.
3Feet Trail or Run Protect?
The 3feet Run PROTECT insoles are designed for runners looking for stability and cushioning.
They are favoured by runners with a high risk of injury: beginners; those with weaknesses or recurring pain; and ultra-distance runners taking part in ultra-endurance events.
The primary benefits of PROTECT running insoles are therefore comfort and protection of the foot, regardless of the terrain, even if it is uneven, especially when the length of time of effort is prolonged.
3Feet Trail is all about grip and securing the foot inside the shoe, more specifically on uneven terrain.
There is a grippy heel pad which grips the sock. This grip is increased if used with Sidas Grip Yarn inside our Run range of socks.
How do I install Sidas Power Straps?
- Remove the large Allen bolt in the centre that holds the spoiler to the boot. You might need some pliers on the captive nut to stop it spinning and ripping the plastic spoiler to shreds.
- Check the supplied screws look long enough to join the “t-nut” which is also supplied in the small packet.
- Use large and sharp HSS drill bit (10mm or bigger) on the rivet on the outside of the boot. Warning here, the drill must be large and sharp as any prolonged time drilling this out will heat up the rivet and plastic and melt the hole in the boot, you are aiming to sheer of the head of the rivet as quickly and cleanly as possible.
- Once the old strap has been drilled off, put your boots on and position the strap where you would like it to go. Logo correct way up, buckle on the outside, under slight tension and with room to pull more tension without fouling the back of the boot.
- Once happy with the position you need to mark the holes on the new strap using a pen, you can sometimes template width off the old strap. (Once you have one strap marked and holes in you can use this to template the second strap)
- Once happy with the holes position you need to cut or drill holes in the strap ready for the new screw rivets. My preferred method here is to melt holes into the strap with a very hot bridle, it stops fraying and keeps good closure on the hole.
- Screw the strap to the boot and replace the spoiler

How do I care for my Therm-ic batteries when i'm not using them?
To maximize battery life, we recommend that you store them in a cool place (5 °C / 41 °F to 20 °C / 68 °F) after having charged them to half capacity. The batteries must be stored after having been switched off and disconnected from the charger.
During prolonged storage, the batteries must be discharged and then half charged at least once every 6 months. Thus, the batteries maintain their maximum performance for several years!
If necessary, clean the parts with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaner.
Can I reset my C-pack battery?
Yes, continuously pushing the button on the battery pack for about 15s should reset. The LED of the battery pack will flash briefly after releasing the button.

The Therm-ic Heat Control app is compatible with all Bluetooth products in the Therm-ic Powered Heat range.
SOCKS, INSOLES and JACKETS are compatible.

Can the heat mode be set manually on a Bluetooth battery pack?
Bluetooth battery packs will still function without the app, but you will have access to fewer heating modes.
Please note that the heat level status on the app will update when adjusting the heat setting manually, by using the switch on the battery packs.
Is it normal that my sock only heats on the underside of the forefoot?
The heating element is only under the forefoot. The position of the heating element under the forefoot allows the coldest area of the body to be warmed first: the extremities. The heat will then diffuse into the rest of the foot and along the calf.
